- Children under the age of 12 years sharing accommodation with two adults are free of charge for accommodation
- One adult and one child sharing: the child would be charged 50% of the adult rate
- Child over 12 years sharing: the child would be charged full adult price
- Child under the age of 5 years: Breakfast – Free
- Child over the age of 5 years: Breakfast - £5.00 per child

- Guests with wireless-enabled laptops can make use of our broadband internet connection in the bar/restaurant areas
Children: Children are welcome and we can provide a travel cot where required.
Smoking: The Avenue Restaurant with Rooms at the Victoria Inn is a completely non-smoking facility and we do adhere strictly to our policy. The surcharge for smoking in the bedrooms is £50.00.
Pets: Please note we are unable to accept any pets other than Guide dogs.
Reservations: A credit card number would be required to confirm and guarantee your reservation. There would be no charge made to the card unless cancellation was not made before 4pm on the day of arrival. This would then incur a charge of one nights accommodation as a cancellation fee.
Full payment for your accommodation will be taken on arrival.
